Please note, the registration fee covers all retreat activities, including yoga, art-making, sound bath, riverfront hot springs soaking, and snacks. Meals and lodging are not included. We are happy to send links to affordable places to stay and local food recommendations. We can’t wait to move, create, listen, and soak with you!!
